The right floor for mud season
West Michigan winters mean slush, salt, and mud tracked in for months at a time - exactly what rigid-core LVP is built for. It's 100% waterproof, so wet boots and dripping coats by the door don't matter the way they would with hardwood or carpet.
Wood looks that fool the eye
Today's LVP comes in wide planks, herringbone patterns, and textured finishes that read as real oak or hickory from a foot away. We bring real samples to your home so you can see them in your own light before deciding.
Fast, clean installation
Most whole-home LVP installs in Grand Rapids take one to two days. Our team levels the subfloor, clicks in the planks, and finishes with matching trim and transitions - furniture back in place the same week.
Your free in-home estimate in Grand Rapids
The quote we leave after your free in-home measure covers everything: tear-out, subfloor leveling, underlayment, planks, trim, and haul-away.
Our process, start to finish
We bring full-size samples to your home, measure every room, and quote on the spot. Pick a plank and we schedule the install, usually within a couple of weeks.
Install day is fast: level the subfloor, roll the underlayment, click the planks, set the trim. Most whole-home jobs wrap in one to two days.

Perfectly - rigid-core LVP floats right over a flat basement or slab floor with a vapor-barrier underlayment, which is exactly how many West Michigan basements are built.
The rigid-core planks we install are dimensionally stable and warrantied for temperature swings, unlike older glue-down vinyl, so a cold basement or mudroom isn't a problem.
20 mil for big dogs and busy families, 12 mil for lighter-traffic rooms. We'll match the layer to each room instead of upselling the whole house.
Usually yes, if the existing floor is flat and well-bonded - planks float right over it, which saves on tear-out cost and mess.
